GETTING TO THE PALMS

 

Nusa Ceningan is reached by boat, from Bali, and we will happily arrange a boat transfer on your behalf. Please provide us with either your airport arrival time, or your hotel name and preferred travel time, and we will make all necessary arrangements. 

 

The standard cost of a return ticket is 500,000 IDR per person (approximately 38 USD) and includes airport/hotel pick-up in central Bali, your boat ticket and transfer from the harbour in Nusa Lembongan to The Palms Hotel on Ceningan. The same applies on your return journey. 

 

Sanur boat harbour from Bali to Lembongan leave daily at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 5.30pm. 

 

Please note that locations such as Ubud, Canggu and Uluwatu may incur a surcharge of 250,000 IDR per car. Additionally, transport arrangements with third parties will incur a small hotel transfer charge of 50,000 IDR per person, for pick-up from the connecting bridge between Lembongan and Ceningan.

DEPOSIT POLICY

30 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.

70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival.



CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation received 14 days or more prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 30% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

NO REFUNDS on discounted or Hot Deal Promotional rates.

 

 

Cancellation of any planned event ( wedding, birthday, corporate) booked in advance will incur a fee of 50% of deposit.
