Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received 14 days or more prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 30% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

  • NO REFUNDS on discounted or Hot Deal Promotional rates.
  • Cancellation of any planned event ( wedding, birthday, corporate) booked in advance will incur a fee of 50% of deposit.

GETTING TO THE PALMS

Nusa Ceningan is reached by boat, from Bali, and we will happily arrange a boat transfer on your behalf. Please provide us with either your airport arrival time, or your hotel name and preferred travel time, and we will make all necessary arrangements. 

The return fastboat trip is 550,000 per person

The above prices are included with free transportation from the hotel, such as :
Airport, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, and All areas in Nusa Lembongan until the Yellow Bridge (on Lembongan side).

If the location is outside the above mentioned areas an additional charge will apply from Ubud , Canggu , Balangan , Ungasan , Pandawa beach , Bingin, Ulawatu , Pecatu , Padang-Padang from 350,000 car/way.
Candi desa – W 450,000 car/one way.
Amed – W 700,000 car/ one way

Your transfer driver will bring you to Rocky fastboat office where you will obtain your tickets for boarding & where payment is made directly to them via cash or credit card . Ticket includes from Lembongan harbour Bemo drop to yellow bridge, Lembongan side.

On arrival to lembongan yellow bridge bus stop, Please walk across the yellow bridge to Ceningan side of the bridge and wait at the Warung on left ‘ C Good ‘

We can organize a Bemo taxi to The Palms yellow bridge to Palms
1 – 4 pax from 100,000.
5 -10 pax from 150,000
Taxi has been ordered , please allow 10-15min window for your pick up. And pay bemo taxi driver directly.
